Endometriosis is toxic to both sperm and embryo. The ovulation of the patients is also impaired. In our center, infertility treatment of endometriosis patients is performed individually. Infertility treatment is performed after the inflammatory environment due to endometriosis is removed (toxic effects are eliminated). This approach is a 2-3 month medical treatment. Surgery is performed in necessary cases if it will provide additional benefit for infertility. Although it is age-related in our endometriosis patients, we achieve an average of 60% success in IVF treatment.
